WARNING: I’ve received a comment that new plugs from bunnings are incompatible. Tuya has updated the firmware. Buy a different unit. – Thanks deadpan_pedant

Comment is on this article but I would assume it applies to all these models: https://jaytuckey.name/2020/03/27/how-to-flash-tasmota-using-tuya-convert-onto-a-arlec-smart-plug-pc190ha-from-bunnings/

Hi,
Thanks for the article!
Do you know how to flash the arlec smart heater?
I am using a Hubitat hub. Do I need any other hardware to flash this heater?

I’m not sure about that one. I’ve had a search on this page, and I don’t see it listed:
https://templates.blakadder.com/au.html
The main thing is whether that device is using an ESP8266 made by Tuya, but I wouldn’t know how to check.
You could certainly try it, but I’m not sure on the exact instructions.
